Assistants that know your business.
We build AI assistants that answer customer questions, triage requests and search your internal knowledge. Answers are grounded in your own documents and come with sources. Agents can also take actions, such as booking, updating records or drafting replies, always within limits you set and with a person approving anything consequential.

Grounded answers
Retrieval from your documents, policies and product data (often called RAG), with citations back to the source.
Real integrations
Connections to your CRM, help desk, calendar or ERP, using open standards such as MCP where they fit.
Guardrails
Scoped permissions, approval steps and testing against prompt injection, the top risk in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications.
Measurement
Clear reporting on resolution rate, handoffs and running cost, so you can see whether it’s working.
A good fit if…
Your staff answer the same questions every day.
Customers wait on answers that live in a PDF somewhere.
You want an internal assistant that knows your procedures.
It has to work with the systems you already have.
Quoted after scoping
We start with a focused pilot and expand what works. Hosting and model costs are estimated before you commit.
A focused pilot first. Then scale.
Define the job
What the assistant may do, what it may not, and when it hands off to a person.
Prepare knowledge
We gather, clean and structure the documents it will rely on.
Build and red-team
Tested with real questions, edge cases and deliberate attack attempts.
Pilot and expand
A limited launch, then wider rollout once the numbers look right.
Straight answers
01What’s the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions, such as creating a ticket or updating a record. We build both, and we give agents only the permissions their job requires.
02Will it make things up?
Language models can be wrong, so we ground answers in your documents, show sources, instruct the assistant to say when it doesn’t know, and test it against real questions before launch. Sensitive topics route to a person.
03Can it run without sending our data to a public AI service?
Yes. We can use providers with business data protections, or host a model privately on your own hardware. See private AI hosting.
04How do you keep it secure?
We treat the assistant like any other application: least-privilege access, input filtering, logging, and a security review that covers prompt injection and data leakage. Our penetration testing practice tests AI features specifically.
