Lexi, made for your business.
Meet your AI phone and web assistant. Lexi answers questions, takes requests, books appointments and connects people to your team. We customize her around your company's knowledge, systems, data and workflows.
Hi, I'm Lexi. I'm looking forward to working with your team and connecting with your systems, so I can help your customers in the way that works for you. Please book a free consultation so we can get started.
Your way of working, in every conversation.
Lexi is a product of our AI consulting and software development practices. We design the conversation and build the connections that let her do useful work.
Answers from your business
Your services, locations, policies, approved pricing and internal procedures become her source material. We agree on what she may share, how it stays current and what she should send to your team.
The next step you actually need
We map the questions to ask, details to capture, bookings to offer and people to involve. Opening hours, after-hours handling, departments and exceptions follow your rules.
Connected with permission
We scope connections to your calendar, CRM, help desk or internal software. You decide which data Lexi can read, which actions she can take and which need human approval.
A fit for your customers
Her name, greeting, tone, vocabulary, pronunciation and languages can fit your company. We test the way your customers speak and the terms your team uses, including where a conversation needs extra care.
Answer the question. Handle the next step.
These are capabilities in the Lexi system. We select and test the ones your company needs; each deployment has its own channels, permissions and limits.
A natural conversation
Customers explain what they need in their own words. Lexi can answer routine questions, collect intake details and take messages, including outside your team's working hours.
Help where people are browsing
Embed chat on your website. Lexi can point visitors to a page or section, keep the conversation as they browse and prepare contact-form details for them to review and send.
Work with your calendar
Check available times, read the details back and book an agreed appointment. Returning-customer and rescheduling paths follow the rules and calendar access set for your business.
Bring in the right person
Route calls to approved team members during the hours you choose. A short private summary can give the person context before connecting; unanswered requests can become messages.
Remember what matters
With retention rules you choose, remember a returning customer's name and appointment details. Verification controls what she may disclose or change, and a verified browser can continue without asking for everything again.
Check before sharing
Use codes sent to the contact on file before revealing private details or changing a record. Phone-type checks can select an appropriate verification path, including eligible email fallback for a landline.
Continue in the customer's language
English and Spanish are part of the existing Lexi setup. Other supported languages, voices and pronunciation rules can be configured and tested for your audience.
Make appointments easier to keep
With consent and messaging setup, send booking details, calendar and contact cards, and scheduled reminders. Confirmation or rescheduling replies can reach the team, and opt-outs stop later messages.
A useful handover for your team
Deliver messages and call summaries to a private team channel. A requested callback can connect your team member first, then call the customer using your business number.
Build the connection your workflow needs.
A request is only useful if it reaches the place your team works. We build and test those connections as part of your Lexi engagement.
That might mean creating a qualified lead in your CRM, opening a service ticket, requesting a dispatch callback or looking up an approved order status. Each is custom integration work, subject to the system's API and your access rules.
A customer calls or chats
Lexi identifies the request and asks for the details your process needs.
Check knowledge and permissions
Use approved information, verify identity when needed and confirm the proposed action.
Use the connected system
Book the appointment or send the request through the integration built for that job.
Confirm or hand over
Report the system's result, or explain the problem and send it to your team.
Different businesses. Different conversations.
Use these examples to picture a workflow for your sector. We scope the actual build around your company's procedures and the systems your team uses.
Keep administration moving
Office information, appointment requests and front-desk handoffs. Start without patient health information; any clinical-system access needs a separate compliance scope.
Organize the first inquiry
Capture the type of matter and callback details, explain the intake process and route to the right person. Legal advice and conflict decisions stay with the firm.
Capture the service request
Ask about the job and service area, collect the details for a callback and follow your booking or dispatch rules. Emergency requests follow a clearly defined escalation path.
Route tenant and leasing questions
Separate leasing inquiries from maintenance requests, capture property details and hand urgent issues to the contacts your team approves.
Get a useful project brief
Collect the project type, location, timing and contact details, then send a structured inquiry to the estimator or project team.
Help the right agent follow up
Handle approved listing questions, collect buyer or seller preferences and request a showing or callback through your chosen workflow.
Reach the right operations contact
Capture vendor and service inquiries, identify the site or job and route to the right department. Safety-critical decisions stay with qualified people.
Prepare the next conversation
Explain your services, collect a new-client inquiry and coordinate appointments. Sensitive financial documents stay in your approved systems.
Handle general business inquiries
Route supplier and commercial requests using approved public information. Controlled technical data and export restrictions need a separate review before any integration.
Her access should fit her job.
We define the information Lexi can use, the actions she can take and the situations that need a person. Every build includes testing against real requests, mistakes and attempts to push her outside that scope.
Separate your business
Dedicated deployments and client-owned accounts are the default. We agree on data flows, retention, deletion and who can operate the system.
Keep people informed
Identify Lexi as AI, disclose recording, ask for messaging consent and honor opt-outs. Your team has a way to pause her and take over.
Scope the requirements first
Healthcare, sensitive records and contractual security requirements change the design. Required agreements and controls come before those data flows are enabled.
Choose what earns its place.
Departments, locations and voices
Different locations can have different hours, knowledge and routing. We can scope specialist flows, a custom voice with the necessary rights and consent, and reporting against the outcomes you care about.
Branded calling
Eligible callbacks can display your business identity on supported networks and devices. Enrollment, carrier approval and the customer's phone affect what appears.
Rich cards and tap to confirm
Branded appointment cards, reminder buttons and a live-call identity check are implemented for controlled review testing at Varyan. Public availability is pending carrier approval and phone acceptance tests. SMS or code fallback depends on the flow.
A quote for your Lexi.
The scope follows your operations: channels, locations, call flows, systems, data sensitivity and support needs. We put the work and its limits in writing before you commit.
Design, build and launch
Discovery, approved knowledge, conversation design, integrations, testing, team training and a staged launch. A focused pilot can validate one workflow before a larger rollout.
Keep her useful
Agree on monitoring, knowledge updates, conversation reviews, tuning and support. The proposal distinguishes routine care from new features and integrations.
See the running costs
Telephony, AI usage, hosting and any required vendor editions are separate from the service fee. With client-owned accounts, you pay providers directly; other arrangements are stated in the quote.
A starting price for a scoped pilot covers that pilot. Production integrations, additional channels and ongoing management have their own scope. The free 30-minute consultation helps us work out what your company needs.

Build your Lexi
Prepare approved knowledge, design the conversations and connect only the systems and actions in scope.
Test with your team
Rehearse real questions, difficult requests, transfers, failed connections and privacy boundaries before launch.
Launch and tune
Start with a controlled rollout, review the results and expand only when the first workflow meets the agreed criteria.

01Is Lexi a receptionist or a custom AI agent?
She can be both. Answering calls is one starting point. We can build Lexi around intake, customer questions, appointment booking and actions in your business systems. We agree on her job, the information she can use and when she must involve a person before we build.
02Can we keep our number and our website?
Usually. We review your phone provider and call routing, then choose forwarding, a dedicated number or a planned port where supported. Web chat can be embedded on your existing website. We check compatibility and interruptions before changing anything.
03Can she connect to our CRM, calendar or internal software?
Yes, where those systems provide suitable access. Google Calendar booking is part of the existing Lexi system. CRM, help-desk, practice-management, dispatch and internal-system connections are scoped for your build. Each integration needs its own permissions, field mapping, failure handling and tests; a vendor name alone doesn't establish compatibility.
04What do we need to provide, and how long does it take?
We need an owner for the project, approved business information, sample questions, your call-routing rules and access to the systems in scope. We set the schedule after reviewing those inputs. Integrations, security reviews and phone or messaging approvals affect the launch date; we test a focused workflow before expanding it.
05How is Lexi priced, and what does a starting price cover?
Every Lexi build is quoted for your company. We separate implementation, ongoing management and vendor costs in the proposal. The starting price on our custom AI agents & chatbots service covers a scoped pilot on one channel. It is not the price of a complete Lexi rollout, which may include phone routing, integrations, messaging and continuing support.
06Who owns the accounts, knowledge and software?
Client-owned vendor accounts are the default, and you retain your business data. Varyan manages access through its own authorized accounts. We can also discuss dedicated hosting managed by Varyan. Varyan retains the reusable Lexi software and tooling; your agreement sets out the license, your configuration and knowledge base, and the handover arrangements.
07Can a medical or dental practice use Lexi?
We can scope an administrative assistant that avoids collecting protected health information. Handling patient information needs a separate review of the complete data flow, appropriate vendor agreements and eligible services, access controls and retention settings before use. The standard configuration is not a HIPAA compliance package. Lexi does not provide medical advice or emergency triage.
08What happens when she doesn't know an answer or a system is down?
We define those paths with you. Lexi can say she doesn't know, take a message or hand the request to a person. She should report an action as complete only after the connected system confirms it. Testing includes incorrect information, failed connections and requests outside her permissions, with a clear way for your team to pause the service.
