AI that stays in the building.
We bring language models into the software you already run, or host private models on hardware in your office or data center so sensitive data never leaves your control. We source and set up the hardware, configure the models, connect them to your systems and keep everything updated.

LLM integration
Summaries, drafting, search and data extraction added to your existing apps and internal tools.
Hardware sourcing and setup
We spec, buy and install the right machine for your workload, from a compact workstation to a GPU server.
Private model deployment
Open-weight models configured, secured and tuned for your use, with access controls and logging.
Ongoing care
Updates, model upgrades and monitoring, so the system keeps pace with the field.
A good fit if…
You handle health, legal, financial or engineering data that can’t go to a public service.
Contracts or clients restrict where your data may go.
You want predictable costs instead of per-use bills.
You already run software that could use AI features.
Quoted after scoping
Hardware and setup are quoted separately, with an estimate of running costs before you commit.
Private by design, from day one.
Assess the workload
What the model needs to do, how sensitive the data is and how many people will use it.
Choose the setup
A protected cloud service, private hardware or a mix of both.
Deploy and connect
We install, secure and connect it to your systems and identity provider.
Train and maintain
Your team learns to use it, and we keep it current.
Straight answers
01Is a private model as good as ChatGPT?
For many focused business tasks, such as summarizing documents, pulling out fields or drafting routine replies, today’s open-weight models running locally do the job well. For open-ended reasoning a frontier model may still be better. We test both on your real tasks before you buy anything.
02What hardware do we need?
It depends on the model size and how many people use it at once. Small teams often start with a single well-equipped workstation, and heavier workloads need a GPU server. We size it to your use, not the other way around.
03Can you add AI to software we already own?
Usually, yes, if it has an API or we can work with the code. We add features like search, summaries and drafting without replacing the system.
04Who maintains it?
We can, on a support plan, or we can train your IT team to handle updates.
