OptionCraft is published by Varyan Soft. For help with the app, write to hello@varyan.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

What to include

  • Your store's myshopify address, for example your-store.myshopify.com.
  • The product and option set involved.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead, with a screenshot if you can.
  • For an order question, the order number. Please do not send customer names, addresses or payment details.

Common tasks

  • Show options on a product page: open OptionCraft in your Shopify admin. The setup checklist on Home has an Add the block link for each product template, which opens the theme editor with the OptionCraft block ready to save.
  • Change options or prices: edit the set under Option sets and publish it. The storefront uses the new version once it is published.
  • Undo a change: open the set's versions under Option sets and roll back to an earlier version.
  • Remove OptionCraft from your store: remove the OptionCraft block in the theme editor, then uninstall the app from Settings and Apps in your Shopify admin.

Privacy and data requests

The privacy policy explains what OptionCraft stores and when it is deleted. To ask for your store's data to be deleted, write to hello@varyan.com from the email address on your Shopify account.
