Terms of service

These terms apply to OptionCraft, a Shopify app published by Varyan Soft. By installing OptionCraft on a Shopify store, the merchant accepts these terms on behalf of that store. Use of the app is also subject to Shopify's own terms.
The service
OptionCraft lets a merchant add product options, option pricing, customer file uploads and option-aware upsells to their store. The app is currently offered on a single free plan through Shopify. If paid plans are introduced, they will be offered through Shopify billing and will never be charged without the merchant's approval in Shopify.
The merchant's responsibilities
- Check the options, prices and rules you publish. OptionCraft computes prices from your configuration, so test new option sets before you rely on them.
- Review orders that OptionCraft tags for a price mismatch or missing options.
- Tell your customers about OptionCraft in your own privacy notice, including file uploads and analytics.
- Do not use the app to collect information it is not designed for, such as payment card numbers or government identifiers.
- Follow Shopify's terms and the laws that apply to your store.
Customer files
Files uploaded by your customers belong to you and your customers. OptionCraft stores them only to show them to you and to the customer who uploaded them, and deletes them as described in the privacy policy. Do not use upload options to host files for other purposes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OptionCraft available and correct, but the app is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you before it happens where we reasonably can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Varyan Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of OptionCraft. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using OptionCraft at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. What happens to your data after that is described in the privacy policy. We may suspend a store that uses the app to break the law or these terms.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
